Alliance Education spokesperson Chris Lyttle MLA has congratulated pupils across Northern Ireland on their GCSE results.

Chris Lyttle MLA said: “I want to congratulate all pupils for the hard work and effort they put in to achieving these results – especially as they have been achieved in tough circumstances.

“I hope many will be able to go on to what they had previously planned – from A-Levels to apprenticeships or gaining employment. Yet if you didn’t find yourself with your expected results today, time and support is available to help you make informed decisions on how to move to your next step.
