McDonough-Brown expresses condolences after Sam McCready death

Alliance Councillor Emmet McDonough-Brown has offered his condolences to the family of Sam McCready, after the well-known playwright passed away this week.

Emmet said: “A founding member of the Lyric Theatre, Sam McCready’s work spanned many years, inspiring generations of actors and he will be sorely missed.

“His work, from his paintings to his published writings and even his reputation as a teacher, will always be remembered, with his legacy shining through in the many he’ll continue to influence in years to come.”
