Kieran McCarthy MLA said: “I am angry that hard working health service staff will not receive their correct pay. It is completely unacceptable that these problems have not been resolved. I cannot understand why this situation has been allowed to happen.
“Staff will have problems making mortgage, rent and childcare payments, as well as paying general bills. These people should be given the correct pay that they are entitled to.
“The Health Minister must urgently resolve the issues in the payroll system that are causing these problems.”
