Alliance East Belfast MP Naomi Long and MLA Chris Lyttle have welcomed the creation of 37 new jobs in the area at Software Quality Systems Group Ltd, a software testing firm. The new jobs will be based in the Northern Ireland Science Park in the Titanic Quarter, and the firm already employs 15 people there.
Naomi Long MP said: “This is another very positive development for both East Belfast and the Northern Ireland economy. These high skill, high value roles are exactly the sort of jobs that we need to attract here to help grow our economy and help us out of these tough financial times.”
Alliance Employment Spokesperson Chris Lyttle MLA said: “These jobs will provide a real boost to the local economy and they show that East Belfast, is as ever, at the hub of local economic activity.”
