Farry condemns shooting incident in North Down

Responding to shooting at a house on the Ballymaconell Road in Bangor on Saturday evening, North Down Alliance MLA Stephen Farry stated: “This was an utterly reckless act which could have killed an innocent woman or child.

“This is a normally quiet residential area without any history of violence. Given the time of day there should be witnesses to this shooting. It is vital that anyone engaged in violence is taken off the streets.”
