Alliance East Antrim MLA Stewart Dickson has condemned those responsible for a security alert in the village of Glynn, near Larne. A suspicious vehicle was left outside a church on the village’s main road. A number of homes have been evacuated. Stewart Dickson MLA said: “Members of the public are fed up with security alerts causing disruption to their daily lives. “The people behind these suspicious objects must stop. They have no support in the community. Everybody has moved on and accepted the peace process, it is time these people did the same. “If anybody has any information about this security alert then they should contact the police.” ENDS
