The All-Party Group on education met today and agreed to meet again in two weeks time to give individual parties further opportunity to study the advice paper provided by the education advisory panel.
We intend to produce a consensus report agreed by the four parties involved but it may not be possible to do this before the summer recess.
The issues under discussion are important and require further analysis and research before we are able to bring our conclusions into the public domain.
